Block Nesting Optimization | Provides specialized rectangular (block) optimization for rectangular parts used in nested-based manufacturing. |

CNC Auto-Labeling | Enables output for CNC machines equipped with auto-labeling capabilities. |
CNC Horizontal Boring Machine Code Output | Enables CNC horizontal boring machine code output. |
CNC Machine Code Generation | Enables CNC machine specific g-code and individual part g-code program generation. |
Common Line Cutting | Enables parts to be optimized and machined using a common line toolpath between parts. Common Line Cutting can reduce machine cycle times. |
Custom CSV File Import | Enables a custom parts file import functionality. |

Integrated Post Processor (IPP) | Activates Microvellum’s internal post processor for creating machine-specific G-code for one unique machine type. |

Material Handler Connectivity | Activates connectivity to Biesse® Winstore® material handling system. |

On-demand Labeling | Enables access to the label, pattern preview, and printing interfaces for sawing or nesting applications. For shop-based label printing at CNC-enabled saws or routers, a stand-alone Microvellum license is required for each station. |

Parts File Custom Output | Enables generation of custom parts files (for example, parts files for automated cut-off saws). |
Parts List for Ardis® | Enables the creation of part files specifically for ARDIS® software. |

Scrap Management for Material Handler | Enables scrap management features to work with Biesse® Winstore®. Is not compatible with other scrap management systems. |
Single Part Editor | Enables the Single Part Editor in Toolbox, allowing changes to existing parts or creation of custom parts for products. |
Solid Model Analyzer | Enables advanced analysis of 3D solids in Toolbox, generating CNC-ready Microvellum products. |
Solid Modeling Tools: Custom Tools | Enables access to the Custom Tools within the Solid Modeling Tools palette in Toolbox for creating custom products, furniture, and cabinetry. |
Solid Modeling Tools: Extruded Tools | Enables access to the Extruded Tools within the Solid Modeling Tools palette in Toolbox for creating architectural millwork, fixtures, and custom assemblies. |
Spreadsheet Editor | Enables access to an advanced customization interface for editing the parametric formula logic of products. |
Stay-down Nesting | Enables the nesting optimizer to generate patterns that use a single toolpath for all part borders within a nest. |

True Shape Nesting | Enables optimization of irregular-shaped parts within the nesting optimizer, allowing complex part geometries to be nested efficiently. |
