An Engagement Plan is a document and process that helps define the scope of work related to any Microvellum service engagement. It includes organizational information such as contacts, key players and their roles, and engagement charter, vision/solution statement that helps identify what items are in scope and out of scope. It lists the assumptions of the engagement, the constraints, and risk factors.
Additionally, the Engagement Plan will help you define and schedule the work related to the engagement and will provide a means for everyone involved to be a part of the decisions and actions that influence the timeline and budget of the engagement.
