Using the Replace Product command allows you to replace a product currently in the drawing with another product from the product library. After selecting the product in the drawing you would like to replace, a window will be displayed that will allow you to select a product category and then a product from that category. The new product will contain the same values for all like prompts that are the same between the two products. So if the Toe Kick Height prompt was changed to 5 and the new product contains the prompt Toe Kick Height, it will also be set to 5.

We have added the ability to skip a prompt when using the Replace Product command, so it doesn’t use the original product's prompt value. See Replace Products: Prompt Override for more information.
