After starting a Scheduled, New or Existing Route in Milk Moovement, you'll want to log your Pickup! This will send a record of the volume of Milk picked up at a Producer, and will allow Milk Moovement users to see this in real time!

  1. Tap the blue ‘Actions’ button in the middle of your screen, and select 'Pickup'.

  2. Select the producer you’re picking up from, and tap the blue ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: If you’re physically at the farm, the Producer should automatically update for you as you enter the geofenced area. If it does not automatically update, tap "see all Farms" and scroll to find it or click on the search bar and type in the name of the Producer.

Alternatively, click the scan barcode button and use your device camera to scan the Producer’s barcode. Both methods will produce the same result.

Note: Depending on your Region, you may enter Sample information (Step 5) or your Seals (Step 7) prior to entering Pickup information.

  3. Select your Pickup Type: Dip Level, Scale, or Estimate, then tap the blue ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the screen.

Optional: Start the Agitation Timer. You can minimize the timer by tapping the arrow on the timer itself.

  4. Enter the Milk Temperature, and select the Sample Method: Available options may differ by Region and the Dairy you're visiting.

  5. Tap 'Add Sample' and scan the Sample Barcode using your device camera. When finished, tap 'Next'.

  6. Enter the Tank Number, confirm if the Tank is now empty, select your Compartment, and DIP Level OR the Tare & Gross Weights.

  7. Tap the orange ‘Seals’ button, then ‘Add Seal’. Next choose your Seal Type, and either manually type your Seal Number or use the icon to automatically scan your Seal using the device camera. Repeat this process to include each Seal you’d like to record. When finished, tap the blue ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the screen.

  8. Tap the blue ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the screen to continue to ‘Additional Details’

  9. Attach additional items such as slips, comments, or mark a load as rejected.

Note: You can Attach Slip, Comment, or Reject a Pickup by clicking the image next to each respective item.

  10. Finally, tap the blue ‘Send Pickup’ button at the bottom of your screen to log your pickup.
