The option to Drop Trailer exists for Drivers who may be completing only part of a load's journey on a Route. If, for any reason (including selecting a route in error), you want the Route to be visible to other drivers once you’re done, Drop Load is what you’re looking for!

After starting a Scheduled Route, New Route, or Existing Route, you will be brought to the ‘Actions’ screen; here you will see the Route Number and LT at the top of the screen. The ‘Actions’ button will be in the middle, and Drop Trailer will be at the bottom.

  1. After entering your Pickup, Seal, and/ or Wash information via the Actions button, tap the blue ‘Drop Trailer’ button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: the ‘Drop Trailer’ button is only available to Routes without Delivery/ Dropoff information present.

  2. Enter your ending odometer value in the provided field, and select 'Confirm' to exit your route.

  3. After completing these actions, your Route will have the data you've entered saved, but the Route will be available for other Drivers from your Hauling Company to select, view, edit, and add to. These steps can also be followed if you select a route in error.
