In the event that a Driver or Receiver did not successfully close their Route, you may see older Route Sessions that are still in an Active or Inactive status; this article will walk you through the steps to move a Route Session into a Closed status.
Log into Milk Moovement’s Portal.
From the Route Sessions page, you will see the Route Sessions that have taken place for your cooperative. Click the 'Search' field in the upper right corner and enter the identifying information of the Route you'd looking to close (i.e. Status, Date, Time, Manifest Number, Route Number, Dropoff Location, LT Number, Hauling Company, Driver Name, or Trailer Number)
Note: Date must be in MMM DD format (e.g. Dec 03 or Jun 28)
Click the Kebab Menu to the left of the Active or Inactive route you would like to close, then click on the 'Inspect Route Session' button.
Verify that the Pickup and Dropoff information has been added.
Note: a Pickup AND Dropoff need to be present in order to move a Route to a Closed Status; If the Pickup or Dropoff information have not been added, follow the steps outlined in our How to Add a Pickup and/ or How to Add a Dropoff articles!
Once you have confirmed that both the Pickup and Dropoff information is in the Route Session, click the 'Status' bar to reveal a dropdown menu with Active, Inactive and Closed status options and select Closed.
Once you've selected a new status from the 'Status' bar, your selection will automatically save.
