ποΈ Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment, simply open your appointment confirmation email. In the email, you will find a βReschedule Appointmentβ button. Click on this button and you will be directed to a page where you can choose a new date and time that works for you.
β Cancelling Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may be in need.
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you miss your appointment entirely, a $50 fee will be charged.
This policy is in place to respect the time of our providers and other patients who are waiting for care. By giving us notice, we are able to offer that time slot to someone else who may be in need.
π Why We Have a Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected things can happen and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, our providers have set aside time specifically for your appointment and when it is cancelled last minute, it can be difficult to fill that time slot. This not only affects our providers, but also other patients who may be waiting for care.
By having a cancellation policy in place, we are able to better manage our schedule and ensure that all of our patients receive the care they need in a timely manner.
