It is crucial to keep your employee's MindForge Profiles up to date. Since MindForge uses the phone number or email on the account as the username, it is important to maintain current contact information in your worker's profiles.
Edit via Mobile App:
Step 1: Locate the user's profile by selecting the Jobsites or Organizations tab. Next, tap the organization or job site to see a list of teams. Now tap the team to open the members list.
Step 2: Select the worker's profile and tap View MindForge profile.
Step 3: Tap the pencil, edit any information you need to update, and tap Save.

Step 1: Locate the user's profile in a few different ways
Jobsites - After clicking on Jobsites, click on the jobsite the worker is on. In the jobsite click on the member's tab to open the jobsite member's list. Find the worker on the member list and click on their name.
Teams - After clicking on teams, click on either the Org Team or the Jobsite team the worker is a member of to open the team members list. Find the worker on the member list and click on their name.
Employees - After clicking on Employees, find the employee on the list and click on their name.
Step 2: Click Manage Employee and click Edit Employee Info
Step 3: Edit any information you need to update and click Save Employee Info
