MindForge allows admins to attach notes to a member’s profile. These notes can provide important context about a worker, whether it’s recognition for excellent performance, coaching tips, or restrictions about working on certain jobsites.

When a member with a profile note joins a jobsite, the system automatically alerts all admins of that jobsite.

How Profile Notes Work

  • Adding Notes: Jobsite admins can open the Members List, select a member’s profile, and add a note, such as “Clark is a great team player and very dependable.”

  • Private Notes: These notes are visible only to admins. The member cannot see the note attached to their profile.

  • Persistent Notes: Once a note is added to a member’s profile, it stays with them across all jobsites in your organization.

Admin Notifications When a Member Joins

Whenever a member with a profile note is added to a new jobsite:

  • All jobsite admins receive an email notification.

  • The notification includes the jobsite name and the note details attached to the member’s profile.

For example, an email might say:

“Clark Kent has joined South Tower. Note: Very strong and able to lift heavy materials.”

Why This Feature Is Useful

  • Positive Recognition – Highlight strong skills and reliability.

  • Coaching and Collaboration – Share notes on how best to work with someone.

  • Safety and Restrictions – Flag if someone is not allowed on a particular jobsite.

Key Takeaway

By attaching notes to member profiles, admins can share critical context across jobsites. And with automatic email notifications, every jobsite admin stays informed the moment a new member with a note joins their site.
