Open the Events module and click on the specific Event you wish to check attendance for.
Navigate to the Event Management section.
Select the specific attendance category you want to access, such as Tickets, Checked In, or Checked Out:
• To view ticket holders, select the Tickets icon to populate the Advanced Ticket Holder List.
• To see who has checked into the event, click the Checked in icon.
• To see who has checked out of the event, click the Checked Out icon.Click the Ellipses icon (three dots) located on the right-hand side of the list view.
Select Download from the dropdown menu to save the file to your device.

You can customize your reporting by choosing from several different attendance statuses. Being specific about which list you download ensures you have the right data for your specific needs, whether it's pre-event planning or post-event analysis.
You can download attendance information for the following guest statuses:
Are Going: Students who have RSVP'd but may not have a ticket yet.

If you do not see the download option, verify that you are assigned the Owner or Event Manager role. If your permissions are correct and the Ellipses menu is missing, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.
The downloaded file is empty. If the downloaded file is empty, ensure that there are students currently in that category. For example, the Checked In list will be empty until the first student is scanned into the event.
