Sharing achievements and news helps your community connect and stay inspired. You can post event posters, photos to the gallery, and school-wide updates directly to the Students' main feed.

Click the Home option on the main menu.
Click the Add Post button to start a new post.
Select the Post option.
Type a catchy greeting or celebratory phrase into the Headline field
In the Share your thoughts field, share your main message. Topics to share include:
• Celebrating team successes
• Highlighting student excellence
• Campus newsUpload or drag and drop an image into the Upload or drag photo here area.
Use tools like Canva to create high-quality Event Posters or eye-catching visuals.
Select Preview.
On the Advanced Publish Settings, you can select the following:
• Publish Date and Time: This will be the date and time your post will publish to the home feed.
• Unpublish Date and Time: This will be the date and time your post will be removed from the home feed.
• Pin this post?: Toggle this setting to ON and select the desired number of days to have this post "pinned" to the top of the home feed. (You can pin a post for a maximum of 7 days and have up to 3 posts pinned at a time.)• Which roles are allowed to comment?: Check off the roles you would like to have permission to comment on the post (Owners, District Managers, and Managers can comment by default).
Click Publish to push your post to the home feed.

Collecting feedback through polls and challenges is a great way to find out how your students are feeling or what they want to see on campus.

Click the Add Post button on the Home Feed and select Create a Poll.
Select the Poll Type, multiple choice or sentiment based.
Enter your primary question in the Question field.
• Example: "What would you like to see added to the cafeteria menu?"
For a multiple choice poll, add multiple options for students to select.
Optional: Under Advanced Poll Settings, set a Due Date for when the poll will close.
OR, to launch a student engagement challenge instead, select Add Post> Challenge.
Select Photo Challenge or Written Challenge.
Create a headline, Description, Due date, select who can respond, and select a banner image.
Click Publish to share the poll or challenge with the school.

When you need to send messages that require immediate attention, use Announcements for general updates or Alerts for urgent information.

These messages include a push notification to the Minga App.
For emergency or time-sensitive info, choose Alert.

Type your message, such as "Fire Drill! Evacuate school buildings immediately."
Click Send to broadcast the message to all devices across the school.
