Teacher-approved Hall Passes allow schools to maintain higher security for specific locations. When a student requests this pass type, their teacher receives a notification to either approve or deny the request. This is ideal for restricted areas like the Counselor's office or the Main Office.

Solution: If a Hall Pass request disappears before a teacher can take action, the Hall Pass request timeout duration has likely expired. You can increase this duration in the Hall Pass Settings menu to give teachers more time to respond.
FAQs
FAQs
What happens if a teacher does not respond to a Hall Pass request?
If a teacher does not respond to a Hall Pass request within the allotted time, the request will automatically time out and be cancelled. The student will need to submit a new request if the timeout limit is reached.
Can a student have multiple pending Hall Pass requests?
Students are generally limited to one active or pending Hall Pass at a time to ensure hallway accountability. If a student has a pending request, they must wait for approval or a timeout before requesting a different pass.
