Team Seats lets you invite teammates to your workspace. Your team can work together on shared courses and collections, while each member gets the same individual credits based on your workspace plan.
Who can use this feature
Team Seats is available on Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans.
Growth: Invite up to 2 additional teammates
Scale: Invite up to 9 additional teammates

Understanding roles
Every workspace member has a role that controls what they can access.
Role | What they can do |
Owner | Full access to everything, courses, collections, members, and billing. Each workspace has one owner. |
Admin | Almost everything the owner can do, except managing billing and removing the owner. |
Editor | Create courses and edit content, but cannot access workspace members or billing. |
Viewer | View only. Cannot create or edit anything. |
How to invite a teammate
Click your workspace name from right top and click Members icon to open the Members page.
Click the Invite Member button.
Enter your teammate's email address, select their role and send the invitation. You can see their email address on the list as Pending.
Your teammate will receive an email invitation. Once they accept, they will appear as Active in your members list.
ℹ️ They need to register first if they don't have a Mini Course Generator account.
Personal and shared workspace
When a teammate register and joins your workspace, they still have access to their personal workspace.
They can switch between workspaces using the workspace button on top right.
Team Seats vs Collaboration
If you've used our collaboration feature before, here's the key difference.
With Collaboration, you invite people to individual collections. Each person uses the credits from their own plan. So if you're on Essentials with 3,000 credits and you invite someone on a trial, they only have 500 credits to work with.
With Team Seats, every teammate you invite gets the full credit allowance of your workspace plan. If your workspace is on Growth with 3,000 credits, each invited teammate also gets their own 3,000 credits.
