We rebuilt the Mini Course Generator admin so everything you create works as one academy: one home for your courses and learning paths, one site to share them, and one place to set your brand.
Your courses, learning paths, learners and share links are unchanged. Only the admin around them is new.
The new left-hand menu

Collections are now learning paths
We renamed collections to learning paths everywhere in the admin and on learner pages. Nothing about how they work has changed: a learning path still groups courses and has its own landing page, access rule, certificate and analytics.
Showcase is now your Portal
The Showcase page has grown into the Portal, a full academy site:
A home page you design with blocks, like any landing page.
A Catalog page that lists your courses and learning paths, with search and tag filters.
Your own pages (for example About or FAQ) and a navigation menu to link them.
A footer, SEO and social sharing settings.
A sign-in for learners and a My account page where they see their progress.
Learners can browse everything you offer from one link, and paid and free learning paths sit side by side.
Set your brand once
In Workspace › Branding you add your logo, favicon, primary color and font once. They apply to every course, learning path and your portal. A course or learning path can still use its own logo or colors if you change them there.
Custom CSS and JavaScript also live here now, and apply to every course and landing page in your workspace.

Home shows a short setup guide to launch your academy:
Add your branding: logo and one primary color.
Set up your portal: name, cover and access rules.
Create your first course: upload a PDF or start blank.
Connect Claude & ChatGPT: build courses from your AI tool.
Each step is marked done automatically once you complete it.

FAQ
Do my existing links still work?
Yes. Course, learning path and Showcase links keep working. They open the page on its own, without your portal's menu and footer.
Which link should I share now?
Share your portal links so learners see your academy with its menu and footer. Copy them from Portal, or from the Share tab of any course or learning path (choose the "In portal" link).
Do I need to set anything up again?
No. Your courses, learning paths, access rules and learners carry over. We recommend checking Workspace › Branding once, so your logo and colors apply everywhere.
Where do I switch workspaces?
Use the workspace selector at the top left of the admin.
