The Delivery Group Integration

The following information applies to The Delivery Group (Previously known as Secured Mail) integration with Mintsoft.


Prerequisite - Obtaining Credentials

To add The Delivery Group connection, you will need your Username and Password. Please contact The Delivery Group if you are unsure what your account details are.


Adding a connection

To add a connection for The Delivery Group on Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click The Delivery Group then Create New.

  3. (3PL Only) Set the Client.

  4. Set the Warehouse.

  5. Enter your Username and Password.

  6. Enter your Company Name in the ClientName field.

    • Alternatively, enter the Client's Name if you are a 3PL setting this up on their behalf.

  7. (Optional) Enter a value for MaxAddressFieldLength.

  8. Finally, click Add.


Setting Dimensions

To send default Dimensions against a particular service for The Delivery Group the values will need to be added under Extra Code 6 and separated by a semi-colon: 100;100;100.

To add the Dimensions to The Delivery Group courier services, please do the following:

  1. Click Shipping Management then Extras.

  2. Next, click Courier Service Codes.

  3. Click Edit against a courier service for The Delivery Group.

  4. Enter the dimensions in Extra Code 6.

    • Utrak (Service code UTRAK): 400x300x200mm can be used to hardcode.

    • Utrak Plus (Service code UTRAKP): same as above.

    • Etrak Ontrak (Service code TDGOT): same as above.

    • Yodel Xpress 48 (Service code SMDP48): 400x400x400 can be used to hardcode.

    • Yodel Xpect 48 (Service code SMDP48): same as above however weight must be greater than 17kg to retrieve an Xpect label.

    • Yodel Xpress 24 (Service code SMDP24): 400x400x400 can be used to hardcode.

    • Yodel Xpect 24 (Service code SMDP24): same as above however weight must be greater than 17kg to retrieve an Xpect label.

  5. Finally, click Update.
