This error (Ship Web Service Error - Hard120100: Missing or invalid shipper number) from UPS typically occurs when the account number on the connection in Mintsoft is incorrect.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify the account number:

    1. Within Mintsoft, click Connect then Courier Integrations.

    2. Next, click UPS.

    3. Locate the affected UPS connection and click Edit.

    4. Ensure the account number is correct.

  2. Update the connection:

    1. If the account number is incorrect, amend it.

    2. Click Update to save the changes.
