Scurri - Unable to find a Scurri Account!

The error message (Unable to find a Scurri Account!) from Scurri is caused when the incorrect Account Type is used in either the connection or the courier service codes, or potentially in both:

  • Account Type: The wrong account type has been selected on the connection within Mintsoft

  • Courier Service Codes: The wrong account type has been entered in Extra Code 8 of the courier service codes.

    • Extra Code 8 of the courier service codes for Scurri contain the account type (Scurri, AnPost, Fastway) is this is incorrect, the error will show.


Account Type

To check the account type on the Scurri connection, please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click Scurri.

  3. Click Edit against the connection.

  4. Check the Account Type selected.

  5. Finally, click Update.


Courier Service Codes

The check extra code 8 of the courier service codes for Scurri on Mintsoft, please do the following:

  1. Click Shipping Management then Extras.

  2. Next, click Courier Service Codes.

  3. Find the codes for Scurri.

  4. Click Edit against the affected service.

  5. Check Extra Code 8 contains the correct account type.

    • This must match the Account Type on the Scurri connection.

    • Accepted values are: Scurri, AnPost, Fastway

  6. Finally, click Update.
