DHL - The system could not verify your shipping account number

If you are getting the following error (The system could not verify your shipping account number. Please correct this number and resubmit) it could be an issue with the account number that has been added to the DHL connection within Mintsoft, please check this by doing the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click DHL then click Edit on the affected connection.

  3. Review the account number in Mintsoft against the one on your DHL Portal.

    • Check for leading or trailing spaces within the Account Number field on the connection within Mintsoft.

  4. If you are still getting an issue, please speak to your DHL account manager.
