Reactive Replenishment - Overview

Note: The following information applies to customers using Replen within Mintsoft.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock being in a Replen Only location type, it will be moved to Awaiting Replen, and a Reactive Replen Task will be generated, once a task has been completed the order will revert to NEW.

Actioning a replen task

To complete a Replen Task, please do the following:

  1. Click Warehouse then Reactive Replen Tasks.

  2. You can filter your Replen Tasks by -

    • Warehouse.

    • (3PL Only) Client.

    • Courier Service Type.

  3. You will see a list of Replen Tasks that need to be completed.

    • Customers utilizing Product Attributes will see the entries split by Attribute.

  4. The Qty To Replen column will display how much stock is needed to complete the task.

  5. Within the Destination Location column, you can set how many units to transfer and the location the stock will be transferred to.

Click Print PDF to print the tasks off if you want to complete them manually but then come back to a PC to complete the tasks.


Cancelling orders in Awaiting Replen status

If an order is in Awaiting Replen status and needs to be cancelled please do the following:

  1. Click Orders then Overview.

  2. Search for the order.

  3. Tick the affected order.

  4. Select Cancel - No Stock from the Bulk Actions dropdown.

  5. Finally, click Go.

This should only be done if you will not be able to complete the Replen Task. If you have Replen Tasks that cannot be completed due to the orders being cancelled but need to be cleared from Mintsoft, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
