The Scan to Despatch feature on the Access Mintsoft app can help streamline your despatch process in the warehouse. It will allow you to move orders to Despatched status just by scanning the Order Barcode. Additionally, the Scan to Despatch feature supports Courier Cage Validation if setup. The Scan to Despatch feature will mark the order as Despatched but won't generate a shipment, this would need to be done prior. Prerequisite - Using Courier Cage Validation on the Access Mintsoft app
To use Courier Cage Validation on the Access Mintsoft app, first please ensure you have unticked a specific user role by following the steps below:
Click Settings then Warehouse User Accounts.
Search for the user to amend.
Click Actions then Manage Roles.
Within the Mobile role group untick the AdminMobileApp-ScanToDespatchAutoDespatch permission.
If this is ticked, the Scan to Despatch feature will bypass any Courier Cage validation.
Finally, click Update.
Scan to Despatch - No Courier Cage validation
To use the Scan to Despatch feature on the Access Mintsoft app without Courier Cage validation, please do the following:
Within the Access Mintsoft app, select Scan to Despatch.
Scan the Order Barcode and the order will be marked as Despatched.
Scan to Despatch - Courier Cage validation
To use the Scan to Despatch feature on the Access Mintsoft app with Courier Cage validation, please do the following:
Within the Access Mintsoft app, select Scan to Despatch.
Scan the Order Barcode and a summary of the order will be displayed.
Scan the relevant Courier Cage.
The order will be marked as Despatched.

No matching order found
If you receive the following error (No matching order found) when using the Scan to Despatch feature on the Access Mintsoft app, please ensure the following have been done prior:
The order has a shipment generated against it.
The order is in at least Picked or Packed status.
