You may occasionally see a blank screen when you try to open a new window or activity. You can delete the cache data in your internet browser to increase the loading time.
β
If you change your password but still can't log in and the username is correct, it may be that the device is remembering stored passwords and is overriding the new password. Clearing cache may resolve this issue.
β
Follow the steps below to clear the cache in your internet browser.
Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome then click the three-dot menu.
Click More tools then click Clear browsing data.
Choose a time range or, to delete everything, click All time.
Select the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files check boxes.
Click Clear data.
Edge
Open Microsoft Edge click Settings and more then click Settings.
Click Privacy and services then select what you want to clear.
Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
Choose the types of data you want to clear.
For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form-fill data.
Click Clear now.
There are many other browsers that store data history. For guidance on clearing caches in other browsers, you can find this by searching in your internet browser.
