Errors can include
Unable To Create Shipment Error:Service Invalid for requested address! This could be caused by - (bad postcode, or missing parts of the address).
is not a valid service to delivery to the required destination! - Please check that the Post-Code, Town and Country are correct for the service. International Post - Codes sometimes contain dashes or letters that should be removed
If you are getting one of the above errors on some or all DHL services, this can be down to either the format of the address is invalid or DHL do not deliver to that address with that service.

The first thing to check is the address making sure the format looks ok, there are no special or invalid characters, the postcode and town are correct etc.

If the address looks ok but you are still getting issues, please use the following tool to check what DHL Service(s) can be used for the requested address.

Another cause could be that the connection has been set to Test Mode, to check this please do the following:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Next, click DHL.
Look for the account being used against the shipment.
Click Edit then check if Test Mode is set to ON.
