To resolve this error and ship with DPD, please follow the steps below:
After generating the error message, click Orders then Order Overview.
Search for the affected order.
Click on Actions, then select Details.
Scroll down and verify that the Order Value is correct.
Click on the Items tab.
Check the Items in the order. Ensure that the Discount is not greater than the Item Price. For example, if the price is 2.50 and the discount is 3.50, this will result in a negative value, causing the error.
Adjust the Discount so that it does not result in a negative figure.
Once corrected, the shipment can be created successfully.
By following these steps, the shipment should be created without issue.
