If you receive the following error (Error Occurred details: Error Code:1021 Obj:consignment.networkCode Error Type:Validation Error Message:Service Denied) when trying to ship with DPD it can be caused by the following:
The Post Code used on the order details is missing, does not have the correct format or is incorrect for the address.
The service you're trying to use to process the order is not enabled by DPD for your account; if this is the case, reach DPD and request the service activation.
