In this help guide we will cover how to log into Mintsoft. For 3PL customers with Custom Portals, 3PL Clients can navigate to your Custom URL instead of om.mintsoft.co.uk.
Differences of sign in options
Customer / Client sign in
By logging in at om.mintsoft.co.uk and selecting the Customer / Client sign in option you are indicating that your account is either a 3PL Client User Account or your database has not yet migrated to Access Evo. Please note that databases/accounts that have not been migrated to Access Evo will not have access to features such as the Access Mintsoft app and advanced reporting through Access Analytics.
Warehouse / Admin sign in
By logging in at om.mintsoft.co.uk and selecting the Warehouse / Admin sign in option, you are indicating that your account was created on Access Evo and you will login/ authenticate yourself using Access Evo.
Prerequisite - Users based in the APAC region
Customers who previously signed into go.access-workspace.com.au, please use om-anz.mintsoft.co.uk instead.
How to log in?
Please follow the steps below to log into Mintsoft:
To log into Mintsoft, first go to https://om.mintsoft.co.uk/.
APAC Customers please use om-anz.mintsoft.co.uk.
Then, depending on the account you have please click one of the options below -
Customer / Client sign in: This option is used for 3PL Client users to log into Mintsoft as well as Warehouse and Admin users who have not yet migrated to Access Identity (Access Evo).
Warehouse / Admin sign in: This option is for Warehouse and Admin users created on Access Evo to log into Mintsoft.
Next, enter your login details, finally, click Sign In.

To add a new Warehouse (Admin) User on Mintsoft, the process is done through Access Evo, please review our Warehouse User Creation guide for more information. Once created, using can login to Mintsoft through om.mintsoft.co.uk.
