Any orders being shipped to the EU must be converted to EUR if the order value is below 150 EUR. This is to ensure the IOSS number is correctly applied. You may not have orders going to the EU however this conversion rate set up allows orders to import without any issues and should still be a solution to the issue.
To do this, you’ll need to make sure a currency conversion rate is set up in Mintsoft. You can check or set this up by going to:
Click Settings then Currencies.
Next, click Currency Rates.
Click Add Rate.
Set the Rate.
Use the following site to check the Conversion Rate.
Set the From Currency as GBP.
Set the To Currency as EUR.
Finally, click Add.
