About Amazon Buy Shipping
Amazon Buy Shipping which is also called Amazon Seller-Fulfilled Prime Labels is a shipping integration we offer on Mintsoft. The integration allows you to purchase the labels through Amazon, using one of the supported couriers.
Supported Couriers
Amazon Seller-Fulfilled Prime Labels (Amazon Buy Shipping) support the following couriers:
Royal Mail.
You need to provide your Royal Mail account details to Amazon.
The label is generated via Amazon, but you still receive a bill as normal by Royal Mail.
DPD.
Amazon Logistics.
Evri.
Mintsoft cannot help with getting your courier accounts added to your Amazon Seller Central (Amazon Buy Shipping) account. You or the seller need to contact Amazon support directly to do this. If you're unable to get your courier accounts verified by Amazon, you can purchase labels from Amazon's couriers. Please contact Amazon to apply the functionality to use Prime services.
Supported order sources
Amazon Seller-Fulfilled Prime Labels (Amazon Buy Shipping) are supported when orders are received from the following sources (For more information about setting up each one, click the link to the guide):
Amazon: Amazon Integration.

Shipping errors and solutions
Below are some example error messages you may get when shipping with Amazon Buy Shipping:
Unable to Create Amazon Logistics Shipment! Error:The Amazon Terms and Conditions were not accepted
Each courier you wish to use for shipping through Amazon Seller Central must accept the Terms and Conditions for that courier by following this link and checking the box: Amazon Shipping Terms and Conditions. If the courier you're trying to use is not listed on the Terms and Conditions page, please contact Amazon directly, as Mintsoft does not have control over this.
Does not meet promised delivery date
If you receive the following error (Does not meet promised delivery date) when trying to ship orders with Amazon, please use the Fulfilment insight dashboard on Amazon to manage your delivery promise.
No Shipping Service Available via Amazon with ShippingServiceId
Amazon may return an error message (No Shipping Service Available via Amazon with ShippingServiceId:) for several reasons. Here are a few possible factors to consider:
You have not accepted the terms and conditions in your Amazon Shipping account.
Your courier (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, etc.) account isn't linked to your Amazon store (Amazon provides the labels, but billing is handled through your courier account).
Any services added to your courier account after integrating with Amazon Shipping may not be automatically validated. You might need to remove and re-add your courier account for the new services to appear.
The shipment exceeds the weight or size limits for the selected courier service.
The courier service isn't available for the selected postcode. Postcode exclusions change frequently, and there is no fixed reference list.
Shipping with DPD Prime
Once you have added your DPD account to your Amazon seller central account, in order to use DPD Prime integration you must have a test label approved by DPD first and received confirmation from DPD that you've completed onboarding.
β
You must purchase the label manually on Amazon first and post it to DPD for approval. Only once you receive confirmation it's approved and had a confirmed collection date raised, can you go live with Prime.
β
You must also make sure the products you want to ship via DPD Prime have at least one dimension over 62cm on the Amazon product data page to use the DPD Parcel service. If they don't have this only the express pak service is available, if the product is under 5Kg.
Friday Shipping With DPD
Amazon Prime orders placed after 1 pm on Thursday and up to 1 pm on Friday must be sent on a DPD Saturday Service, except for business addresses.
β
If you try to create a shipment on a Friday and it returns an error stating no services available, this means you need to upgrade to DPD Saturday Prime service.

Can we send parcel dimensions when shipping with Amazon Logistics?
We can now determine package dimensions using either rework items marked as Shipping Box - TRUE or by setting dimensions in Extra Code 6 for the Amazon Logistic courier service codes in the format Length x Width x Height.
Amazon Logistics will use the following logic when applying parcel dimensions:
If a scanned rework item is set as a shipping box, its associated dimensions will be used.
Otherwise, Mintsoft will default to the dimensions specified for the courier service code in Extra Code 6.
If neither is available, the largest product dimensions (if set) will be used.
If none of the above apply, a default size will be used.
To set dimensions for Amazon Logistics courier services using the Extra Code 6 method, follow the steps below:
Click Shipping Management then click Extras.
Click Courier Service Codes.
Search for one of the Amazon Logistics services.
Then, click Edit.
Enter the Dimensions in Extra Code 6 in the following format LxWxH (Example: 10x10x10).
Finally, click Update.
Repeat Steps 3-6 for additional services.
