If you are getting one of the following errors listed above when shipping with DHL it could be an issue with the courier service set-up or the order/ shipping value.
Courier Service setup
Firstly, the issue could be related to the word TRUE being added to Extra Code 5 of the DHL service(s). To check if it is an issue with the courier service setup, please check the following:
Click Shipping Management then Extras.
Next, click Courier Service Codes.
Search for the DHL service that you are getting this error message for.
Click Edit on the affected courier service.
Remove True from Extra Code 5.
Save the change and try creating a shipment again via the same service.
Order/ Shipping Value
Next, check there is a positive value higher than 0 in the OrderValue and Shipping Total fields on the Order.
