The error message (Error: An Error occurred when creating the shipment. Error: Web Request Error: An XML Error occurred! - Error in parsing request XML: Error: The content of element type "ExportDeclaration" must match ") from DHL occurs due to an issue with the order's product details.
The issue is caused by one of the following:
There are no products on the order.
One or more of the products on the order are incorrectly set as Packaging.
If one or more of the items are set as Packaging, follow these steps:
Click Orders then Overview.
Find the order.
Click Actions then Details.
Click the Items tab and find the affected item(s).
Click View Product.
Click the Extra Details tab.
Turn off Packaging.
Click Save.
Go back to the Order.
Generate the label again.
