The error (Unable to Raise CSMLogistics Shipment - API Response: Data format incorrect: Parcel Weight Missing) from CSM Logistics occurs when the weight is missing from the order. To resolve this, you need to add the weight to the order. You can do this manually or by following these steps:
Click Orders then Overview.
Tick the Order(s)
Click Recalculate Order Weight from the Bulk Actions drop-down.
Finally, click Go.
If the error still shows, please ensure each product has a weight assigned and retry the above steps.
