Prerequisite - Obtaining API Credentials
Please contact your Go2Stream Account Manager or email: support@go2stream.com to get API credentials. You will need the following credentials to add a connection:
Go2Stream Client ID
Go2Stream Client Secret
Additionally, you will need a three-letter code from Go2Stream for the following:
Stock Location
Planning Pool
Delivery Method
This is usually the first three letters of your Company Name - but please contact Go2Stream to confirm.
Adding a connection
Once you have obtained the information required from Go2Stream, you can then add a connection:
Note: Shipments for Go2Stream need to be created in Mintsoft so that the Orders can be moved to Go2Stream as well.
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Next, click the Premium tab, then Go2Stream.
Click Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select your Client.
Select your Warehouse.
Enter your Go2Stream Client ID and Go2Stream Client Secret.
(Optional) Enter a name for Supply Fixed Partner Name? (Else Uses Client ShortName).
Turn on Supply On Hand Date.
This is the date at which products are expected to be in stock and ready to be shipped.
All orders require this, even if they are available immediately, otherwise the product is not able to be planned on a run.
Enter your three-letter code for Stock Location, Planning Pool and Delivery Method.
(Optional) Turn on Provide Parent Sequence Using Bundle Groups.
This will allow you to consolidate several items onto one pallet, and then drivers only need to scan the pallet to enable all items on the pallet to be scanned and marked as loaded onto the vehicle.
(Optional) Turn on Provide Quantity for CBM.
This will provide the total number of items on the order instead of the calculated volume of the order.
Turn on Use Tracking ID Instead of Consignment No.
Go2Stream uses a combination of PostCode and Tracking ID to populate a Tracking Link.
Turning this on will allow for that data to be sent/received.
Finally, click Add.
