This error (An Error Occurred when trying to Create Shipment: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden or (401) Unauthorized) from Evri typically occurs when there is an issue with the Evri business integration setup in Mintsoft.

To resolve this issue please review the steps below:

  1. Check your Evri account type

    • The Evri business integration requires a Credit account, not a Pay As You Go account.

    • If you're unsure, please confirm your account type directly with Evri.

  2. Verify the invoice flag setting

    • If you have confirmed you’re using a Credit account but still receive the error, it may be due to an issue with the invoice flag on your Evri account.

    • This will need to be reviewed and resolved by Evri.

  3. Confirm the API key validity

    • Check if the API key entered in the Evri integration within Mintsoft has expired.

    • If expired, request a new API key from Evri and update it in the Mintsoft integration.

If all of this has been checked and you are still getting the error, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
