Note: Want to integrate with Evri Business? Follow our Evri Business help guide.

If you have a corporate account with Evri (Formally Hermes) you can connect to their corporate shipment API on Mintsoft. This type of account tends to be for high volume shippers.

You'll need to contact your Evri account manager who will be able to provide the following credentials, you will need the Prod Credentials to connect with on Mintsoft:

  • Username.

  • Password.

  • Client ID.

  • Client Name.

To add the Evri corporate connection on Mintsoft please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integration.

  2. Click Evri then Create New.

  3. (3PL Only) Select the Client.

  4. Select the Warehouse.

  5. Set the Type to Corporate.

  6. Enter the Username and Password.

  7. Enter the Client ID and Client Name.

  8. (Recommended) Enable Auto Generate Commercial Invoice to send the Commercial Invoice electronically to Evri.

  9. If you have purchased the Tracking Events Module you can enable the Download Tracking Events toggle. If enabled, please enter the following -

    • Auth ID.

    • Auth Secret.

    • API Key.

  10. Click Add.

Note: Evri sometimes might ask for all the IP addresses to whitelist to connect to their API. All our IP addresses have already been whitelisted, and no further action needs to be taken here.

Child Client Mappings

If you are operating in a 3PL context and the client is using your Hermes shipping account, it's possible to brand shipments to front end customers so instead of coming through as the 3PL e.g. "Mintsoft Fulfillment have a parcel for you" it could be "My Brand have a parcel for you"

You need to advise Hermes of the clients you want to configure they will then supply you with the fields that we need.

  • ChildClient ID

  • ChildClient Name

To add client mappings for Evri Corporate on Mintsoft please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integration.

  2. Click Evri then Manage Client Mappings against the connection you want to manage.

  3. Set the Client (The 3PL Client in Mintsoft).

  4. Enter the ChildClient ID and ChildClient Name.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Repeat Steps 3-5 for additional clients.

If you make a mistake or need to remove a mapping, please click Delete.

End of day Manifest

End of day manifests for Evri Corporate are generated directly on the courier portal, not within Mintsoft.
