GFS - No Contract Number could be found for Client: and Carrier Code:

If you are receiving the following error (No Contract Number could be found for Client: and Carrier Code:) when trying to generate a label via a GFS service, it means you need to map your couriers' services to a contract number in Mintsoft. To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Click GFS then Manage Contract No Mapping.

  3. Filter by client and the select the service you want to map.

  4. In the Carrier field please add one of the codes below depending on the service you are using -

    • UK MAIL

    • HERMES

    • YODEL

    • DPD

    • DHL

    • DHL EXPRESS

    • GFS INTERNATIONAL

  5. Lastly in the Contract No field provided the contract number.
