Parcelhub requires all services provide a Billing Term when shipping with them. Without providing a billing term, you will receive an error message (Please specify a valid BILLING Code in the ExtraCode2 field) when attempting to generate a shipment.

Note: If you are having an issue with incoterms when shipping with Parcelhub please review our Parcelhub Incoterms help guide.

To add a Billing Term to your Parcelhub services please do the following:

  1. Click Shipping Management then Extras.

  2. Then click Courier Service Codes.

  3. Find the Parcelhun service(s) the error relates to.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Add one of the following to ExtraCode 2 -

    1. DTU

    2. DTP

    3. IOR

    4. IMP

    5. None

  6. Click Update.

What do the codes mean?

  • DTU - Duties and Taxes Unpaid.

  • DTP - Duties and Taxes Paid.

  • IOR - Importer of Record.

  • IMP - Import Express.
