The error (Unable to Create Shipment Error:Invalid product value (#1)) from FedEx occurs because the order has a value of £0.
If you're sending an order free of charge within the UK, this is usually acceptable, provided the courier doesn’t require item values. (Please check with the courier if you're unsure.) However, for international orders fulfilled through Mintsoft, itemized values are mandatory.
Some couriers do allow Gift shipments, but currently, Mintsoft does not support this option. If you wish to send a gift shipment overseas, please consult with the courier first and then create the shipment manually through their portal.
