If you want to send an order free of charge to a customer, you can do this if the order is going to someone in the UK and the courier doesn't need values (Please reach out to the courier if unsure). International orders fulfilled through Mintsoft must have itemised values.
Some couriers accept Gift shipments but currently, Mintsoft does not support that. If you wish to send a Gift shipment overseas, please speak with the courier first then manually create the shipment on their portal.
