If you no longer want to use the replen function please follow the below steps:

  1. Any orders that have stock allocated from the replen locations, please unallocate them.

    • Navigate to Order Overview.

    • Filter orders to only see Picked and New orders.

    • Select all orders on the list by ticking the box next to Action column.

    • Select Unallocate Stock from Bulk action and click Go.

  2. Turn off the Replen toggle.

    • Navigate to Client Overview page.

    • Click Action and then Edit.

    • Click on Default tab, turn off ReplenEnabled toggle and save the changes.

  3. You would need to book all stock out from the replen locations.

  4. Once all stock has been moved out from Mintsoft, please change the location type on the locations to a none replen location type. (e.g from Replen only to Pick Bin).

    • If you have more then 10 locations to amend the location type, please download list of locations from Warehouses, Manage Warehouse and then Locations.

    • Filter locations list to only see locations that has replen location type.

    • Select all locations and then via Bulk action select Export to CSV.

    • Please amend the CSV to match the template required to update, download required template from Warehouse, Extras and then Upload Locations.

    • The first column in the exported file would be the INTERNAL_LOCATION_ID column.

    • INTERNAL_LOCATION_ID column would need to be populated so existing locations are updated.

    • Please upload the amended file via Warehouse, Extras and then Upload Locations.

  5. Book all the stock back into the system in the old locations.

  6. Reprocess an order that needs stock.

    • Navigate to Orders, Back orders.

    • Select an order.

    • Select Reprocess from Bulk action and reprocess all orders.

  7. Process orders as normal.
