SnapFulfil Integration Summary

  • Facilitates Fulfilment in SnapFulfil while using Mintsoft as Integration Layer.

  • Exports Mintsoft Order to SnapFulfil Shipment to be Fulfilled.

  • Imports SnapFulfil Shipments as Orders in Mintsoft.

  • Supports Multiple Warehouses / Sites.

  • Exports Mintsoft ASN to SnapFulfil Receipt to be Receipted.

  • Imports Stock Levels from SnapFulfil into Mintsoft.

  • Imports Products from SnapFulfil to Mintsoft.


Prerequisite - Warehouse Type

Multiple Connections can be configured in Mintsoft to connect out to different Snap Warehouses or Sites. This gives the connection flexibility to only synchronize stock from one / a section of warehouses into Mintsoft. The warehouse in Mintsoft must be configured to successfully integrate with SnapFulfil:

Note: This must be set against a new warehouse which hasn't been used (orders, receipts or other transactions are logged against it) before.

  1. Click Warehouse then Manage Warehouses.

  2. Click Edit against the required warehouse.

  3. Set the Type to SnapFulfil.

  4. Click Save.


Adding a connection

To add a SnapFulfil connection in Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Connect then Warehousing Integrations.

  2. Click SnapFulfil then Add Account.

  3. (3PL Only) Select the Client.

  4. Select the Warehouse and Channel.

  5. Enter your Snap Warehouse Name (Facility).

  6. Enter your SnapFulfil Username and Password.

  7. Enter your SnapFulfil URL, BizID, OwnerID, and SiteID.

  8. (Optional) Enter your Receipt Lane and Receipt Order Class.

  9. (Optional) Enter your Shipping Lane and Shipping Order Class.

  10. Continue configuring the connection to your requirements -

    • Enter your Shipment Status At Creation.

      • Default is "00"

    • (Optional) Enable Order To Shipment Sync and set the Order To Shipment Sync Delay.

    • Enable Order Import and set the Order Import Frequency.

    • (Optional) Enable ASN To Receipt Sync and set the ASN To Receipt Sync Frequency.

    • Enable Stock Sync and set the Stock Sync Frequency.

    • (Optional) Enable Sync New Products and set the Product Sync Frequency.

    • (Optional) Enable Sync Snap Kits to Mintsoft Bundles.

      • Please review the SnapFulfil Bundle Group Mapping section below.

    • (Optional) Enable Use Product Group (Grid) to Determine Bundles.

    • (Optional) Enable Use Order Number As Shipment Reference.

    • (Optional) Enable Use ASN Reference As Receipt Reference.

    • (Optional) Enable Record SnapFulfil Freight Cost and Use SnapFulfil Freight Cost to Invoice.

    • (Optional) Enable Prioritise Rate Table.

  11. Finally, click Add.


SnapFulfil Bundle Group Mapping

Once a Snapfulfil connection has been added and Sync Snap Kits to Mintsoft Bundles enabled, please follow the steps below:

Note: The intention here is to Map the Kits, which should be treated as Mintsoft Bundles, to the grid. It is possible to add them all and select the bundle toggle accordingly.

  1. Click Connect then Warehousing Integrations.

  2. Click SnapFulfil then Bundle Group Mapping.

  3. Set the Group Number.

  4. Enter the Group Name from SnapFulfil.

  5. Enable the Bundle toggle.

  6. Click Add.

Advanced Configurations

Each connection has some additional configuration options which can be enabled, allowing Receipts / Shipments to be routed to a specific Receipt Lane / Shipping Lane within SnapFulfil.
