Mintsoft Integrates with Netsuite using the SuiteTalk web service within Netsuite, this will need to be enabled before you start.

Prerequisite - Obtaining Netsuite credentials
The first step is to obtain credentials from Netsuite by following the steps below:
Login to Netsuite.
Click Setup then Integration.
Next, click Manage Integrations then New.
Enter a Name.
Example: Mintsoft OMS.
Set the State to Enabled.
Tick the Token Based Authentication box.
Click Save.
You will then be presented with Credentials, please make note of the -
Consumer Key.
Consumer Secret.
Application ID.
Next, select the Application Name and then the User.
It might be worth setting up a new user, so you know what actions in Mintsoft are done by Netsuite.
Click Save.
You will then be presented with two more tokens, please make note of these -
Token ID.
Token Secret.
Once you have the Token, click Setup then Company.
Next, click Company Information and take note of the Account ID.
The last step in Netsuite is to get the Location ID.
This is the location you want to import orders from.
In the Lists menu, click Locations.
Edit the location you are interested in, the Location ID is displayed in the URL.
Once all of this has been obtained, the next step is to add the account on Mintsoft.
Adding the Netsuite account to Mintsoft
Once you have obtained the credentials from Netsuite, you will then be able to add the account on Mintsoft. To add the Netsuite integration, please do the following:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click the Premium tab.
Click Netsuite then Create New.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse and Channel.
Enter the Account ID into the Account field.
Enter the Application ID into the AppId field.
Paste the rest of the information (Consumer Secret, Location ID, etc.) into the respective fields.
Set to Active once ready.
Finally, click Add.
Order Status Filtering
Orders will need to have an ItemFulfillmentShipStatus against them on Netsuite to import to Mintsoft.

The Item fulfilment status will need to be Picked to import to Mintsoft and once imported - we will update to Packed.
