Order stuck in Dispatched status - Won't move to Invoiced

Firstly, make sure you have set up automatic invoicing within the Customer Account Settings page.

If an order is stuck in Dispatched and will not change to Invoiced, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Once an order has been moved to Invoiced status by the Support Team, please ensure you check the order details within the Unconfirmed Invoice and make any necessary changes.
