This article explains how to set up and use the Asda Click and Collect integration with Mintsoft. The integration enables UK shipping through the Click & Collect network and includes manifesting capabilities.
Integration features
The Asda Click and Collect integration provides:
UK shipping via Click & Collect network.
Manifesting functionality.
Requires use of Asda plugin to e-commerce store.
Prerequisites
Generate credentials
Before setting up the integration, contact your Asda representative to acquire credentials and begin the setup process.
To integrate Asda Click and Collect with Mintsoft, you'll need:
Username.
Password.
Asda Client ID.
Asda Provided Shipping Prefix.
Add Asda connection to Mintsoft
Once you have the relevant credentials from Asda:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click Asda then Add Account.
If you're a 3PL, select the Client.
Select the Warehouse.
Enter the Username and Password.
Enter the Asda Client ID and Asda Provided Shipping Prefix.
Click Add.
Manifest Asda shipments
At the end of each day when shipment processing is complete for Asda, you must manifest and close out the shipments. To manifest Asda shipments:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click Asda then Manifests.
Click Create Manifest.
Tip: You can click Download to review the XML before creating the manifest.
