Why is reporting important.

Reporting provides useful insights into your business from many levels, it allows you to measure your operational performance against your customer expectations, how profitable your contracts are, future forecasting and many more. Access provides you with two options for reporting, there are pre-built reports available within Mintsoft that can be run adhoc or scheduled to your email at certain dates/times.

What you can do to start your reporting journey

  • Utilise Reporting Options to measure key performance indicatiors (KPI's). Mintsoft contains Dashboards & Reports that give insight into your business performance and help drive improvements in your service delivery. There is a selection of pre-built dashboards & reports for you to choose from. Reports can also be scheduled to email you on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Once you get to grips with the standard reports, you may want to explore the idea of creating more bespoke reports to suit your business needs. Access Mintsoft allows you to do basic report customisation, like adding any extra fields, this can be useful where you need to make minor tweaks to the standard reports so that they match your business goals or focus areas.

  • Explore Access Analytics in Workspace to further enhance your reporting options, the Standard package comes with several pre-built dashboards like the Business KPI dashboard and the Productivity dashboard that gives you key insights for you to monitor.
