Mintsoft has many Reports prebuilt into the system which can display a broad range of data. Report data is auto populated and ready to view without needing to run a report.
(3PL Only) Some reports require you to filter by a 3PL Client before you can view the data in the report.
To view the reports please do the following:
Click Reports then Overview.

Inventory Reports
Report | Description |
Inventory Report | This report lets you view a breakdown of all your inventory. For 3PLs you must filter by a client to view the data. Additionally, it shows all your products Default Picking Location (If Set) |
Low Stock Report | This report includes items that have reached a threshold of available stock set out by the user. |
Product usage Report | This report includes the usage of your products that you can filter down to see certain warehouses or flows. |
ASN Report | This report includes all ASNs created in a specific date period. You can filter it to show specific ASN statuses and search for specific information.
Search the report using:

Products With No Volume | This report includes any products which don't have the dimensions entered (Height, Width, Depth, Volume). |
Products Expiring | This report includes any products that are within their expiry date warning period. |
Products In Locations | This report includes all products in stock and the location where they are held. You can filter by Warehouse, Location Type, Location, Product Categories, Order Allocations, and Quarantined Stock. |
Inventory OnOrder with PreOrder Off | This report includes any products that have stock OnOrder (Due to arrive and be booked in via ASN) but don't have the Pre-Orderable toggle turned on meaning orders cannot be placed while the item is out of stock. |
PreOrder Status Report | This report includes any products that don't have the Pre-Orderable toggle turned on, it also allows you to enable the toggle for the specific product, once enabled it will be removed from the report. |
Bundle Inventory Report | This report shows all bundles on Mintsoft and the number that can be made based on the inventory of the bundle components. You can filter by Warehouse and show discontinued products. |
Back Order SKUs | This report shows all products on Mintsoft with at least one unit on backorder. It also shows the quantity allocated to back orders and the required quantity. |
Order Status Count | This report shows the number of orders in New, Printed, and OnBackOrder status. For 3PLs, the client separates this. |
Orders Outstanding Count | This report shows the number of orders in New, Printed, Awaiting Picking, Picking Started, Picking Skipped and Picked statuses and the Total for all these statuses. For 3PLs this is separated by the client. You can also filter by the Courier Service Type and the Warehouse. |
Orders Despatched Per Day Count | This report shows you the number of orders dispatched from Mintsoft between a specific date period. |
Missing Attribute Report | This report shows you any products missing one or more fields: Name, Weight, Height, Depth, Width, EAN, UPC, CommodityCode. |
Warehouse Stock Movement | This report shows all stock movement within a selected Warehouse and time period. |
Historic Inventory Levels | This report shows the inventory levels for a specific date and warehouse. |
Historic Inventory Breakdown | This report shows the inventory levels for a date period and warehouse. |
Returns Report | This report includes all returns carried out in a time frame. |
Carton & Pallets Inventory Report | This report is available to customers who have purchased the Cartons and Pallets module on Mintsoft. The report allows users to view the stock on cartons and pallets in their warehouse. |
Amazon FBA Reports
Note: The Amazon FBA reports will only show if you have the Amazon FBA module.
Report | Description |
FBA SKU Volume Report | This report shows the total and on-hand stock in both the Amazon and Mintsoft warehouses for all SKUs that have been marked as FBA active. |
FBA Order Volume Report | This report shows orders within a specified date range that were placed directly on Amazon and Fulfilled, as well as orders placed on a third-party integration and Fulfilled by Amazon. |
Batch/ EOD Order and Courier Reports
Report | Description |
Orders Courier Service Report | This report shows all despatched orders including the Despatch Date, Name, Postcode, Country, Total Weight, Number Of Parcels, Courier Service and Tracking Number. You can filter by the Despatch Date and the Courier Service(s), 3PLS can also filter by the client. |
Outstanding Despatch Report | This report shows every active order which has not been dispatched yet. The report shows the Warehouse, Order Number, Order Date, Order Status, Order Channel, Courier Service, and Delivery Date. |
Outstanding Batch Despatch Report | This report shows every active batch which has not been dispatched yet. The report shows the Warehouse, Order Number, Order Date, Order Status, Order Channel, Courier Service, and Delivery Date. They are grouped by the Batch Reference. You are also able to go directly to the Batch or Order. |
Clients Order Report | (3PL Only) This report shows the number of created orders split by client over a specified date period. |
Batch Summary Report | This report shows every batch over a specified date period including the Batch ID, Warehouse, Batch Reference, Created Date, Picking Type Used, SKU Quantity (How many unique SKUs), Unit Quantity (How many overall units), and Order Quantity (How many orders in a batch). |
Barcode Verification Report | This report shows orders that have been picked using barcode verification within a specified date period. The report shows the Despatch Date, Order Number, Customer Name, SKU, Quantity, Serial Number, Expiry Date, Batch No, Barcode, User, Courier Service, and Tracking ID. |
Courier Despatch Report | This report shows all despatched orders within a specified date period. It can be filtered by the Courier, Warehouse, Despatch Date and Breakdown By Country. 3PLs can also filter by Client. |
Despatch Report | This report shows all orders dispatched within a selected date period. You can filter by Warehouse and Channel, 3PLs can also filter by Client. |
Despatch Report - Item Level | This report shows all orders dispatched within a selected date period broken down by the items within the order. You can filter by Channel, 3PLs can also filter by Client. |
Outstanding Connect OrderActions Report | This report shows all orders with outstanding order actions. |
Accounting Reports
Report | Description |
Product Sales By Channel | This report shows all sales for each product split by Order Channel. |
Intrastat Report | This report shows all products containing a Commodity Code along with how many Units Sold, Weight and Value. Only Products with commodity codes will be displayed. |
Non Sales Report | This report shows the SKU, Product Name, the Locations where the product is held and the On Hand Stock. |
Bundle Sales By Channel | This report shows all sales for each bundle split by Order Channel. |
Stock Value Report | This report shows the total value of stock you currently have for each product, the total value is split into Cost and Sales. The calculation is OnHand x Cost Price for Total Cost Stock Value and OnHand x Sales Price for Total Sales Stock Value. You can filter by the Warehouse, Product Category, Product Suppliers and Discontinued. |
Gross Profit Per Order Report | This report shows your Gross Profit as a number and percentage for each order in Mintsoft. It shows the total for the following columns: Cost Price, Net Price, VAT, Discount, Gross Price, Shipping Net Price, Shipping VAT, and Order Value. |
Gross Profit Per SKU Report | This report shows your Gross Profit as a number and percentage for each SKU in Mintsoft within a specified date period. It shows the total for the following columns: Quantity Sold, Total Net, Total VAT, Total Discount, Product Cost Price, Total Cost Price, QTY Returned, Returns Sales Value. You can filter by Product Category and Product Suppliers. |
3PL Admin Accounting Reports
Report | Description |
Unconfirmed Invoice Report | This report shows any unconfirmed invoices and the total cost of split by client. |
Picking Analysis Report | This report shows how many picks were done for a 3PL Client within a selected period. The report shows the number of picks to the number of orders within a selected time. |
Invoice Summaries Report | This report shows a summary of your confirmed invoices, split by Invoice. It includes the Name, Number of Parcels, Number of Items, Picking Cost, Postage Cost, VAT Free Postage Cost, Rework Cost, Generic Invoice Items Cost (Additional Invoice Items), Collections Cost, Returns Cost, Packaging Cost, Goods In Cost, Storage Cost, Total, and Total VAT. |
Client Charging Report | This report shows a breakdown of all your charges applied to each client. |
Courier Profit Report | This report shows a summary of your courier profit based on the Total Cost, Total Sales, Profit Loss, Profit Loss Percentage, Number Of Parcels, Profit Per Parcel. |
Cost Price Courier By Order Report | This report shows the cost and sale price set on the courier service per order. This allows you to see the shipping cost per order based on the price charged to you as well as the price to your 3PL Client (if applicable). |
Orders Not Charged For Picking | This report shows orders which have been sent FOC (Free Of Charge). |

Extended Invoice Report | This report shows all orders against the selected invoice as well as the charges applied. |

Report | Description |
User Packing Report | This report shows the number of orders packed by the user within a specified date period. For 3PLs the client also sections this. |
User Mobile Picking Report | This report shows the number of orders picked on mobile, as well as the Total Lines (Unique SKUs) and Total Units, picked overall by the user within a specified date period. |
User Despatch Performance By Client | This report shows the orders dispatched by a user within a specified date period. It includes the Number Of Orders, Number Of Lines (Unique SKUs), and Number Of Items. You can filter by Channel and Warehouse. |
Batch Mobile Picking Report | This report shows the number of batches picked on mobile, as well as the Batch Reference, Assigned User, Mobile Picking Type, Start Time, Finish Time, Number Of Orders, Number Of Lines, Number Of Units, Lines Skipped, Units Per Minute within a specified date period. |

Product Attribute Report | This report shows a summary of all products in Mintsoft including the On Hand Stock Level, Weight, Length, Height, Depth, EAN, UPC, Price, Retail Price, Wholesale Price, Promo Price, Carton Sizes, Pallet Sizes, Categories, Suppliers, Low Stock Level, Location, Packaging Price, Storage Unit Price, Override - First Item Pick Cost, Override - Additional Item Pick Cost, Override - First Carton Pick Cost, Override - Additional Carton Pick Cost. You can filter by Warehouse, Bundles and Discontinued Products. |
Bundle Breakdown Report | This report shows all the bundles (Including discontinued) and the components in each (Click the arrow to the left of the bundle to view the components). |
Product CourierService Switch | This report shows every courier service switch applied to all products in Mintsoft. |
Product Default CourierService | This report shows every default courier service applied to all products in Mintsoft. |
Product Alt Codes | This report shows every product alt code added to Mintsoft. |
Product Link Rules | This report shows the linked product rule applied to all products in Mintsoft. As well as the option to delete rules no longer needed. |
Product Cartons | This report shows all product cartons added to Mintsoft. The report lists the SKU the carton has been created against, the Barcode of the carton, Quantity, Height, Width, and Depth. You can also export the information from this report by clicking Bulk Carton Export to get a CSV of all product carton sizes. This will also show you how many units are in a Carton per SKU. |
Product Replen Points | This report shows all replen points added to every product in Mintsoft as well as the option to delete replen points if no longer needed. |
Low Stock Replen Report | This report shows all products that have gone below their replen point set on the product. |
Products Without Default CourierService | This report shows any products which currently don't have a default courier service set. |
Products Without Alt Code | This report allows you to filter by the Connect Mapping Type (Shopify, Spreadsheet, eBay, etc) and see any products missing an alt code for that integration. As well as this you can add an Alt Code within the report to a product and mark the product as discontinued. |

Reporting FAQ
Can we report on a products location history?
To view a products location history, you can use the Stock Movement report on the Products Manage Inventory page. This is not a report found on the Reports Overview screen, instead this report is found the Products Manage Inventory page. The Stock Movement page displays the following information:
Product
Source Warehouse.
Source Location.
Destination Warehouse.
Destination Location.
Quantity.
Best Before Date.
Batch Number.
Serial Number.
Comment.
Time Stamp of the movement.
User who performed the movement.
To view the location history of a product, please follow the steps below:
Click Products then Overview.
Find the product you want to see the location history of.
Click Actions then Manage Inventory.
Scroll across to the right.
Click Stock Movement.
Can we report on archived orders?
Once an order or return has been archived it will not show in standard or custom reports, archived data is excluded from Mintsoft reports. Please review our help guide, to learn more about Archiving Orders.
Can we report on our inventory?
To help perform inventory checks within your warehouse you can use the Inventory Report or Products in Location report and compare the numbers to physical locations, this will allow you to export a list of products that also includes the inventory. Also, you can go ahead and set up a daily inventory report to be sent to your email.
What filters can I use on the Inventory Report?
When viewing the Inventory Report, you can use the following filters:
Warehouse: Select the warehouse to see inventory for or keep it as ALL.
Product Categories: Only see the inventory for a particular category of products.
Product Suppliers: Only see the inventory for a particular supplier of products.
Show Discontinued: Include discontinued stock in the inventory report.
Display Zero On Hand only: Only show products with no stock currently on hand.
Products without Inventory records only: Only show products that have never had stock booked into Mintsoft (The Inventory column shows No Stock Inventory available against the product overview).
Can I see all my product's default picking locations?
The Inventory Report lists products in stock and out of stock, it also shows all your product's Default Picking Locations.
Can we export data from reports to CSV?
You can export data from reports to CSV. Some reports will show a Bulk Export or Export to CSV button other reports will show a CSV button.
For the reports that show a CSV button, ensure the Show Entries drop-down is set to 1000 entries instead of the default 20 entries.
