β± Refund Eligibility
Minvo offers refunds within 48 hours of a charge.
Action:
Submit a refund request ticket within 48 hours of the payment being processed.
Why:
Requests submitted within this timeframe are eligible for a refund according to Minvoβs billing policy.
π³ What Happens After a Refund Request
Once the refund request is approved, our support team will process it.
The refunded amount typically returns to your card within 7β10 business days, depending on your bank.
β Important:
If a refund is issued, your access to Minvo will be removed immediately.
π Canceling Without a Refund
If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you will still be able to use Minvo until the end of your current billing period.
π Special Note for AppSumo Users
If you purchased Minvo through AppSumo, refunds must be requested directly through your AppSumo account portal.
Minvo cannot process refunds for purchases made through AppSumo.
β¬ Refunds for Upgrades
If you purchased a tier upgrade or a Pro+ upgrade directly through Minvo, you also have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund.
