If your Minvo subscription includes multiple seats, you can invite teammates to collaborate on projects. This guide walks you through adding, removing, and managing users on your account.
✅ How to Add a Teammate
1️⃣ Go to Team Management
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of Minvo.
Select “Manage Team” from the dropdown menu.
❗ Don’t See “Manage Team”?
If the option is missing:
✔ Refresh the Page
Sometimes the option doesn’t load immediately — try refreshing your browser.
✔ Check Your Subscription
Go to Profile → Billing.
Confirm that your plan includes multiple seats.
If you’re on a single-seat plan, the Manage Team option will not appear.
If you have multiple seats and still don’t see it, contact Minvo Support.
2️⃣ Add a New Team Member
Once inside the Team Management page:
Enter Teammate’s Email
Locate the Add Members field.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
Assign a Role
Choose the appropriate role:
Admin – Full access, including managing team members.
Editor – Can edit and manage content.
Viewer – Limited access.
Send the Invitation
Click Add or Invite.
The user will receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
👥 Important: Invite Acceptance
The invited user must create an account using the invited email address.
They should check their inbox for the invitation email.
Once accepted, they’ll gain access to the account.
🔄 Switching Between Brands
If a teammate doesn’t see certain videos:
Click the Brand Selector in the top-right corner.
Switch to the correct brand.
⚠ Brand Access Note
Currently:
All team members can access all brands.
Brand-specific access restrictions are not yet supported (this is on our roadmap).
❌ How to Remove a Team Member
Go to Manage Team.
Locate the member in the list.
Click “Remove” next to their name.
Confirm the removal.
If they need access again later, you’ll need to reinvite them.
🔐 Permissions Reminder
Only Account Owners or Admins can add or remove team members.
