As a workspace administrator on the Team or Enterprise plan, you have the ability to centrally manage which Connectors are available for your team members.
This allows you to align available integrations with your organization’s policies and needs.
Accessing Admin controls
1. Navigate to the Connectors page
Within le Chat interface, if not already open, click the toggle panel button (1) then click Connectors
(2).

Click the Admin Controls
button to reveal the Admin Controls panel.
🔑 The Admin Controls panel is visible and accessible to all users, but only administrators can update the settings.
Click Admin Controls
Enable or disable Connectors
The Admin Controls panel lists the available Connectors that can be integrated with le Chat.
Here, you can enable or disable each Connector, one by one, and for your entire organization.
Click the Admin Controls panel toggle switches to activate/deactivate a Connector
🚨 Upon deactivation, members will no longer be able to use the disabled Connector and all its associated resources.
Additionally, disabling knowledge Connectors (Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.) will trigger the deletion of all previously indexed data. You will need to initiate a new indexing if you decide to re-enable the Connector.
Managing indexing for knowledge Connectors
Administrators can also manage indexing for knowledge Connectors (Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.) in various ways:
Launch initial indexing
If you have just enabled a knowledge Connector, you will need to launch initial indexing.

Re-indexing
Indexed data is updated automatically by default. However, you can also manually trigger a re-indexing to ensure your data is up-to-date.
Disconnect and delete indexed data
If you want to disconnect a knowledge Connector, you can do so by clicking the Disconnect
button.
Disconnecting a knowledge Connector will remove access for all users in your organization to its integration and delete all indexed data.
🚨 This action cannot be undone. If you want to re-enable this integration, you will have to set up it again and wait for the indexing to complete (from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of your data).
