Overview
Access your MNTN account with Google or your email and password, manage verification, and reset your password when needed.
Sign In
With Google
Go to the MNTN Sign In page.
Click Continue with Google.
Choose a Google account.
Complete two-factor authentication if prompted:
Enter the authentication code.
Click Continue.
Using Google for the first time? If you already have a MNTN account with an email and password, you'll need to link your Google account before using Google to sign in.
With email and password
Go to the MNTN Sign In page.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Complete two-factor authentication if prompted:
Enter the authentication code.
Click Continue.
Enter your password.
Click Continue.
Link your Google account
If you already sign in with a Google email address and password, you can connect your Google account to MNTN. Once linked, you can use either method to sign in. Linking your Google account is permanent and can't be undone.
Go to the MNTN Sign In page.
Click Continue with Google.
Enter your email address.
Click Next.
Enter your password.
Click Next.
Complete two-factor authentication if prompted.
Enter the authentication code.
Click Continue.
Click Continue.
The Link your Google Account modal opens.
Enter your MNTN password.
Click Connect Google & sign in.
If you don't want to link your Google account, click Sign in with password only, and don't link.
The next time you sign in, you can choose Continue with Google or enter your email address and MNTN password.
Reset Your Password
Go to the MNTN Sign In page.
Enter your company email and click Continue.
On the password screen, click Forgot Password?
Confirm your email and click Reset Password.
Didn’t receive the email in 1 minute? Click Resend.
Wrong email? Select Not Me? to re-enter.
Check your email for your 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code and click Continue.
Enter a new password and click Update Password.
You’ll be redirected into the platform. You'll receive an email confirming the password change.
⚠️ Warning: If the password is not strong enough, you’ll see an error: “Given password is not strong enough.” Re-enter a stronger password and click Update Password again.
For your security, avoid reusing old passwords. Use a unique mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. And never share your verification code or password with others.
