Upload Your Brand's Commercial

Add your TV commercial to your campaign.

Overview

This article shows you how to upload a video ad for your campaign in MNTN. You can upload your own commercial or explore options to have one created for you.

Use this step when you’re setting up a campaign and need to add a video ad before moving forward.

Upload Your Video Ad

  1. Go to the Provide your creative step.

    When creating a campaign, go to the Provide your creative step.

    This step is marked Incomplete until a video is added.

  2. Upload your own commercial.

    Under Upload your own commercial, drag and drop your video file into the upload area, or click click to upload to select a file from your computer.

    As your file uploads, progress indicators display the current upload status.

    💡 Pro Tip: In the right panel under Auto-generated with QFAI, any pre-generated QuickFrame AI (QFAI) ads you have available will appear, which you can preview and Add to your campaign. If you don't have a commercial yet, click here.

  3. Wait for processing to complete.
    After the upload finishes, your video is processed automatically. Once complete, this step is marked as Ready and you can continue setting up your campaign.

    You can return to this step later if you need to replace your video.

Video File Requirements

Your video must meet these requirements to upload successfully:

  • File type: .mp4

  • Length: 15 or 30 seconds

  • File size: Up to 500 MB

  • Resolution: 1080p (HD), 1920 × 1080

If your file doesn’t meet these requirements, you’ll be prompted to upload a different video.

In some cases, your video may need changes before you can continue. When this happens, you’ll see details directly in the campaign setup with guidance on what to fix.

Creative Guidelines

Don't Have a Commercial Yet?

No problem.

On the Provide your creative step, in the right panel under Auto-generated with QFAI, you can add a free QFAI-generated ad to your campaign during setup. You can return later to choose another free ad for a future campaign, for a total of two free ads.

For each ad, you can:

  • Click Add to use the ad in your campaign

  • Click the thumbnail to preview the ad

  • Click Edit in QFAI to customize the ad before adding it

  • Click Add Creative from the preview window to add it directly
