Overview

Your User Profile contains the personal information associated with your MNTN login.

From this page, you can view and update your profile details, including your name and profile picture. You can also change your account password to keep your login secure.

The User Profile page also displays the email address tied to your account and whether your account is connected to an enterprise organization.

Update Your User Profile

You can update your profile picture or name at any time.

Click your brand name in the top-right corner of the platform.
Select Settings from the menu.
From the left navigation pane, click User Profile.
Click Update.
Edit the fields you want to change:
1. Profile Picture
2. First Name
3. Last Name
Click Save Changes.
Your updates apply immediately.

Change Your Password

You can update your password from the User Profile page.

Click your brand name in the top-right corner of the platform.
Select Settings from the menu.
From the left navigation pane, click User Profile.
Click Change Password.
Enter your Current Password.
Enter your New Password.

💡 Pro Tip: Your password must be at least 10 characters.
Confirm your New Password.
The new password fields must match to move on.
Optionally, select Sign me out of all other devices.
Click Save password.
